We stayed only 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. This hotel's remodel was really well done! It's bright, cheery, and clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and spoke English very well, and even recognized us after only meeting us once! For everyone's safety you leave the key at the front desk, which I like. One less thing to lose when out and about. There is a safe in the room that costs 1 Euro. The windows have much-needed metal blackout shades that roll down. They do an admirable job of blocking out light and a great deal of the city noise. You will need to bring your own washrag. The shower is only enclosed on 3 sides and half of the 4th. This allows some water to spray out onto the floor. We put down the tub mat and it was soaked by the time we were finished. But, if they don't mind, I don't mind. The water was always hot. Great place, will stay again.

Hotel is in a great location. They are right in the heart of Chueca neighborhood which offers hip and cool vibes with good restaurants and very close to the Gran Vila. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Windows are double paned to keep noise out. Safe requires coin deposit. Beds are semi hard and would recommend asking for a room with a soft bed. Breakfast is decent and filling with friendly attendants. Front desk staff helpful and the hotel is clean. Would stay again. But they need new beds or mattress toppers. Wi-Fi was getting updated while we were there and needed it. The gentleman that works the desk in the afternoon with glasses is very friendly and hospitable.
